About Anthony
Anthony (Tony) Bell, a distinguished veteran and a remarkable individual with a wealth of experience.
Tony recently retired from the U.S. Army as a Sergeant Major after dedicating 32 years of honorable service, the majority of which was with the 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne).
His Military Journey Included:
- Ten duty stations
- Over 14 years of foreign service
- Numerous deployments around the globe
In addition to his military achievements, Tony is an avid motorcyclist and a founding member of two charters of the Special Forces Brotherhood Motorcycle Club in Hawaii and Ohio. He served as the president of the Special Forces Association-Chapter XIII in Seoul, Korea, for two years and has been a Lifetime Member of the Special Forces Association since 2011.
Following his retirement in 2018, Tony pursued a culinary education at the Gros Bonet Culinary Institute. He is passionate about leveraging his Special Forces training to support other veterans. Currently, he works part-time for Huntington Ingalls Industry (HII), where he trains military and paramilitary organizations in soldier skills. Additionally, he takes the lead on range activities and event planning at FREEDOMS REFUGE and serves as the lead trainer for all physical training programs.
Tony is also the founder and Chief of Operations of Crypteia Consulting Company, which offers keynote speaking engagements. His credentials include being a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, Class 60, and a recipient of the prestigious St. Philip Neri Award-Bronze for his contributions to the Special Forces Regiment. He is also a lifetime member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart.

About Babette
Babette Bell, a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in military service and contract management. Babette retired from the U.S. Army as a Brigade Command Sergeant Major (CSM) after more than 24 years on active duty, complemented by two years as an Army Reservist, culminating in a total of 26 honorable years dedicated to serving our country.
Key Highlights of Babette's Career Include:
- Service at 11 duty stations, with over 12 years of foreign service.
- Distinction as a Senior Drill Sergeant during the surge of 2007 in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.
- Deployment in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM in Afghanistan.
- Graduation from the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy-Class 66 (USASMA).
- Command Sergeant Major of a Contracting Support Brigade at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, overseeing Army contracting operations and procurement across the Pacific Rim.
In addition to her military accomplishments, Babette holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Trident University International and has obtained a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 Certification in Contracting. She is also a certified Master Resiliency Trainer and is certified in the use of BEMER technology, which aids in microcirculation and relaxation for equines.
At her farm, Babette leads business, financial, and online marketing efforts. She actively collaborates with external organizations to adopt best practices and volunteers at local horse training facilities, continuously advancing her skills while engaging with the broader horse community in Ohio. Notably, she is a recipient of the honorable Order of St. Martin award from the Association of Quartermasters and the esteemed Contingency Contracting Officer Medallion.
